1. Where We Ship

Velouria Vault currently ships exclusively to countries within the European Union and Great Britain.

🇪🇺 If you are outside the EU or GB, we currently do not offer international shipping — but stay tuned for future expansion.

2. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment centres located across Europe.

We partner with trusted couriers to ensure safe, tracked delivery of all parcels within Europe.

3. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery time:

• EU and UK Delivery: 5–10 business days

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing and dispatch. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

4. Shipping Costs

• Flat Rate (All EU Countries): €4

• Additional €1 per item ordered (i.e. 1 item = €5 Total Shipping Charge, 2 items = €6 Total)

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. All prices include VAT where applicable.

5. Customs & VAT

As the seller, Velouria Vault is responsible for all customs declarations and export compliance.
Customers in the EU may be responsible for VAT or import duties upon delivery, depending on local regulations.

We aim to minimize this by classifying shipments correctly and using low-value or gift declarations where legally permitted.

6. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at info@velouriavault.com.
We will launch an investigation with the courier and ensure you are refunded or reshipped if necessary.
